Cliff Fluet is Managing Director of Eleven. Cliff has over two decades' experience in digital strategy and advisory having practised as in-house counsel and external adviser to some of the world's biggest names in digital, mobile, social, brands, music, live events and online. In addition, he also works with some of the more disruptive businesses in the areas of: artificial intelligence; blockchain and cryptography; and social and immersive video.

Alun Simpson

Alun Simpson has over 20 years’ experience in advising companies on M&A, funding and strategy. At Eleven he provides corporate finance/M&A services to companies in the music, digital media, TV/film and sport sectors. Prior to joining Eleven, Alun was Director of a top pan-European corporate advisory firm, focusing on transactions across the media and digital media sectors. Today he combines his Eleven work with a role at Par Equity, advising on early stage investments in the media sector with a particular focus on music and music tech.

Phil has over 15 years’ experience in the content and creator economies, having worked at and with brands, platforms, agencies, creators, start-ups and other businesses at the forefront of intellectual property creation and exploitation in the world of digital. As well as having held various board positions, Phil has acted as an external and in-house adviser to numerous leading businesses in the world of digital entertainment and spent seven years as COO and commercial lead of what was the world’s most preeminent digital talent management business.
